Shipping, Returns & Pricing


We can arrange delivery for your orders nationwide! 

For shipping/delivery addresses within Metro Manila and nearby areas, delivery is within 1 to 2 days after your payment (cut-off for orders is 3pm of the previous day). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped/picked-up by the courier.

For shipping/delivery addresses outside of Metro Manila, after placing your order online, please wait for our confirmation email regarding the shipping fee before making a payment. Kindly note that for liquid products, we can only ship those prepackaged in new containers with a maximum 250ml size. Delivery may take 3 to 5 days after your payment. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped/picked-up by the courier.

You may also opt to pick-up your order from our hub at 30 Maginhawa St, Diliman, QC [Pin: M324+5H Quezon City, Metro Manila] or book your own courier to do so. You will receive an email (within 2 days after your payment) once your order is ready for pick up. Pick-up schedule: DAILY 9am-6:30pm. After booking the courier, please email us back with the courier company and driver/rider name.

You may return incorrect or defective items within 3 days (for food items) to 7 days (for non-food items) of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your replacement/refund within 3 days of giving your package to the return shipper.

Please go to our Help page and indicate "Return" and your order number in the Subject line. In the Description box, please provide details about the product you would like to return/refund, including the reason (eg wrong product, defective, incomplete) and preferred action (replace/store credit/refund).
