STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Our invoices are payable within 24 hours, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. We will have to cancel your order if not paid within the period indicated.
- Kindly note that prices of items on our website/quotation are subject to change without prior notice after the 24-hour payment period.
- You may return incorrect or defective items within 3 days (for food items) to 7 days (for non-food items) of delivery for a replacement or refund. We will also pay for the return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your replacement/refund within 3 days of giving your package to the return shipper. If you need to return an item, please log-in to your BtB Ecostore account, click the concerned order, and click the 'Return' button. If you do not have a BtB Ecostore account, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/refund, including the reason (eg wrong product, defective, incomplete) and preferred action (replace/store credit/refund)
- Shipping Options:
At the checkout page, you will be asked to indicate your preferred shipping option:
1) BtB to arrange delivery
We will take care of booking a courier to deliver your order. The shipping/delivery fee will be indicated during checkout and included in the grand total of your bill.
For Quezon City deliveries, we charge a flat rate fee of P60 per order for areas near our Maginhawa hub (ex: UP Village, Teachers Village, Kamias, Quirino District, South Triangle, Project 6, Loyola Heights, Pansol) and P100 for other QC areas. For all other areas, we charge a flat rate fee per 20kg. The approximate weight of each item (including packaging) can be found on its product page.
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days after your payment (cut-off for orders is 3pm of the previous day). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped/picked up by the courier.
2) I will arrange delivery on my own
You will take care of booking a courier to pick up your order from our hub at 30 Maginhawa St, Diliman, QC [Pin: M324+5H Quezon City, Metro Manila].
You will receive an email (within 2 days after your payment) once your order is ready for pick up. Pick-up schedule: DAILY 9am-6:30pm. Please email us back to find out the total weight of your order before booking the courier. After booking the courier, please email us back with the courier company and driver/rider name.
3) I will pick up at 30 Maginhawa St
You will take care of picking up your order from our hub at 30 Maginhawa St, Diliman, QC [Pin: M324+5H Quezon City, Metro Manila]. You will receive an email (within 2 days after your payment) once your order is ready for pick up. Pick-up schedule: DAILY 9am-6:30pm.
Orders through our website are currently limited to Metro Manila, Rizal (Antipolo, Cainta, San Mateo & Taytay) and Bulacan (San Jose del Monte) shipping/delivery addresses only. Please contact us through email@example.com for shipping/delivery outside of those areas. Kindly note that we currently cannot ship liquid products outside of Metro Manila.
